SilverSky makes its standard contractual terms, service attachments, and statements of work available here for reference.
The documents applicable to a customer engagement depend on the specific SilverSky services purchased and the governing agreement executed between the parties. Service attachments and statements of work may supplement the SilverSky Master Services Agreement or other applicable written agreement.
Where a customer has entered into a separately negotiated agreement with SilverSky, the terms of that agreement will govern to the extent applicable.
